Muehleder Showcases Their Fashion Line at Pucker

Designed by Larissa Muehleder, her line, Muehleder, made its incredible debut at Pucker last week on October 15.  Larissa, who's decent is Nigerian and Austrian, has emerged as rising talent in NYC.  Her sophisticated and posh brand left quite an impression on her guests and our staff.

Pucker Reps at Dermalogica Soho

Pucker was invited to participate in Dermalogica's Soho store event last night.  We offered complimentary lipstick touch ups at our lip bar and one lucky winner went home with a Gift Certificate for a Free Pucker Makeup Application.

Dermalogica offered free mapping skin analysis, MicroZone treatments, discounts, gift bags, and cocktails.  Sounds like their guests had an amazing time!

Recap: Audrina Patridge

Audrina Patridge, former reality T.V. star from MTV's "The Hills" came to Pucker to get makeup done by Julio, and shot a segment for her show "1st look" on NBC . The segment will air in September and circulate throughout NYC taxis during fall New York Fashion Week.

Recap: Master Class at Pucker with Julio Sandino

Great time hosting the Master Class at Pucker with our Pucker Gals!!! 

Our Master Class lesson consisted of creating a Day Makeup look into a Night look in matter of minutes. 

Pucker supplied all the tools for the lesson. 

The products that were used were Emma Cosmetics and Pucker Brand Cosmetics. 

Julio's topic for the class was emphasizing a routine Skin Care regimen, so the skin maintains healthy and young looking. Everybody knows with having great looking skin, makeup application can be effortless. 

Makeup's initial job is to just enhance what we already have. These were just one of the few topics that were in discussion in the Master Class. 

All of our attendees left with some really great tips on how to look their best and how easy it to transform a day look into a night look, as well seeing makeup in a different perspective.

Long Island Medium Theresa Caputo Visits Pucker!!

What a great time having TLC's Long Island Medium, Theresa Caputo, at Pucker!!!

People Magazine invited Theresa to film at Pucker for a beauty segment they'll air online soon. While in the middle of her hair being braided by our Hair Stylist, Sabrina Adaba, Theresa interrupts her interview because two Spirits were coming forward that needed to communicate. After a minute of her trying to figure out the identity of the Spirits, someone at Pucker received a VERY special reading!!!  After experiencing this right before our eyes, we can truthfully say that Thersa Caputo is the REAL DEAL!!!!

We are very thankful and ecstatic to have had her in our presence that day!  Here are some fun photos of the day!

Event Recap: Scott Barnes Visits Pucker

Renowned Celebrity Makeup Artist Scott Barnes visited  Pucker earlier this week.  How cool is that?!

Scott is known for his signature looks on Jennifer Lopez and best-selling makeup artistry books "About Face" and "Face to Face."  He came to our studio representing a contact lens company for a private promotional media event.  A Spokesperson for Air Optix Colors, Scott's presence brought Makeup Artistry to the event by conducting mini makeovers on the media guests.

Scott Barnes is such a humble and sincere soul and we were crazy ecstatic to meet such a talented artist who was nice enough to take selfies with some of our staff members.

RMS Beauty Event with Fab Over Fifty

Where else could you get a personal one-on-one with a celebrity makeup artist ... and free? 

Last week we put together an intimate event for the women of FabOverFifty.com.  The group was invited to a special beauty lesson taught by Rose-Marie Swift, the founder of RMS Beauty, an organic line that we retail in our studio.  Women learned the harsh realities of the many dangers caused by the ingredients in the cosmetics many of us use from your popular department stores.  All women got an individual makeup application lesson and were invited to shop at a special discount for the night. 

SWILL of GetSwill.com (download their app!) sponsored wine for our beautiful guests.  A delightful addition to our event was our pop up accessory vendor, Artissano, who showcased a number of beautiful clutches, scarves, and jewelry for our women to try on and purchase.
