Best Makeup Looks at 2015 Music Billboard Awards

One of the reasons we love awards shows is the beauty looks and fashion we get to see on the red carpet and all over social media.  Here's our favorite makeup looks that blessed last night's Billboard Awards Show.  The "J Lo Glow" was in full effect last night.

She's made the J Lo Glow a staple, and it's a highly requested look in our studio.

Chrissy Teigan always looks fab in bronze tones.

Singer Estelle looks amazing in this wine lipstick.  Reminds us of Pucker's Deco Diva Lipstick.

Kendall Jenner proves that a little goes a long way.  Pucker's CC Cream can complete this look on anyone.

Model Olivia Culpo looks amazing in a fresh face, nude lip, and lots of lashes.

Rita Ora's glam waves and red lips reads Old Hollywood.  We love this look on Pucker brides.

Taylor Swift pulled off this sultry smokey eye with a subtle lip, which is a Pucker fave here.

Zendaya Coleman had the best brows hands down!  And a great bronzy look.

Makeover at Lucky Magazine

A couple weeks ago, our Co-Founder, Julio Sandino, was asked to help transform Annie Tomlin, the Digital Beauty Director of Lucky Magazine.  She was on a quest to look like a Kardashian for her story.  With Julio's help and using some of Pucker's favorite cosmetics, Annie looked and felt fierce!

Julio applied our popular Pucker CC Cream, a favorite by many of our clients who want just the right amount of color correction without the full coverage of a usual foundation.

Get Puckered Like Tasha

All kinds of women from all walks of life come to our studio to get Puckered.  Our clients have made appointments for a special event, a date night, an executive meeting, a wedding, and many more occassions.  Take Tasha Marbury for example, who came yesterday for a full Pucker Look before being interviewed for a filmed segment by HBO Real Sports.  If you feel like you may recognizer her, you've most likely remember her from VH1's Basketball Wives (Miami), seasons 5 and 6.

Our makeup artist, Jessie, used our popular Pucker CC Cream (which we'll be retailing here soon), a bit of Kyrolan concealer in D30, highlighting with the Shimmering Skin Perfector in Opal by our retail partner Becca Cosmetics, contoured with Kevyn Aucoin's Sculpting Powder in Medium, and finished her with her own personal NARS lipstick in Deborah.

All About That Base

The first step to perfect makeup is a great skin routine for your face.  As winter in NYC approaches, our skin will begin to get dry and for some, even flaky, making it a mess once you powder your face!  Exfoliate away the dead skin cells from your face at least twice a week and moisturize day and night.  We tend to get dryer around our eyes and mouths so you don't want to skip those areas.  With a good primer, you'll have enough slip (that baby smooth feeling) for the foundation to slide right on evenly.  If you're ruddy around the nose, cheeks, and forehead, our Pucker CC Cream is a perfect choice our makeup artist may just recommend to eliminate the redness and provide a dewey, sheer coverage.  Just take a look at our Pucker Gals' looks from last week.
