Pucker Featured in a Book this Season

We were so happy to hear we were featured and highly recommended on Alexandra's blog and book. She's style strategist based in NYC and San Fran revamping closets for the last 13 years.

Alexandra's new booked called Vetted by a Stylist, will have Pucker featured in it as a wonderful makeover resource and the book is launching this in the next two weeks​. We are also featured in the short video here below!

Pucker for Solis Magazine

Our Creative Director and lead Makeup Artist, Julio Sandino, teamed up with renowned Photographer, Steven Paul, earlier this year in Dumbo, Brooklyn.

The concept was inspired by the film MAD MAX with the feel of a modern, urban warrior.  The clothes were the feature, and the makeup was kept minimal on the models portraying fembot beauties.

Halloween at Pucker Recap

Muehleder Showcases Their Fashion Line at Pucker

Designed by Larissa Muehleder, her line, Muehleder, made its incredible debut at Pucker last week on October 15.  Larissa, who's decent is Nigerian and Austrian, has emerged as rising talent in NYC.  Her sophisticated and posh brand left quite an impression on her guests and our staff.

Pucker Wedding: Kinga R.

Kinga was a special bride we had who shared her love story with us.  She met her beau online, moved here for her now-husband, Yung, and the rest is history.

They eloped to City Hall where they took photos in a nearby park and we were so happy she shared the with us because she looks beautiful!

Kinga and her mother got airbrushed by Julio and had their hair styled by Vanessa.

Julio Sandino's Concealer Tips Featured in Article

Julio Sandino has been featured every where this year!  Recently he was interviewed for an online story about Concealer on Brit + Co.  When asked about some of his tips, he mentions, "If you rub in concealer, you get more wrinkles because you're pulling your skin."

TAXI TV Features Pucker

Former star of MTV The Hills, Audrina Patridge, interviewed us for a segment on her show, 1st LOOK on NBC.  Our Makeup Artist, Julio Sandino, gave Audrina a taste of the Pucker treatment and now you can catch a snippet of it rotating in NYC's taxis in lieu of New York Fashion Week.

Starshop is a cool new shopping app where celebrities endorse their favorite products and you can purchase them on the app!  Starshop invited Paula Abdul to host a video for their app and our Co-Founder, Julio Sandino, walked her through 3 easy steps to use the Emma Cosmetic Kits.  Kits and individual items are now for sale at Pucker.

Makeup Monday: Caddy Finlayson

Cady Finlayson is a violinist and fiddler. Her background in NYC gives her a flair that sets her apart from other fiddlers. For her new album, she called in Pucker to make up her beautiful face. Jessie used Temptu airbrush foundation in "#1" and "#2" and Temptu airbrush blush in "Peony." For Cady's lip color, Jessie used Pucker's "Cult Classic" lipstick and our best selling gloss, "Summer Lover."

Pucker Reps at Dermalogica Soho

Pucker was invited to participate in Dermalogica's Soho store event last night.  We offered complimentary lipstick touch ups at our lip bar and one lucky winner went home with a Gift Certificate for a Free Pucker Makeup Application.

Dermalogica offered free mapping skin analysis, MicroZone treatments, discounts, gift bags, and cocktails.  Sounds like their guests had an amazing time!

Wedding Wednesday

This week's gorgeous Pucker bride, Rebecca Birmingham, was inspired by the '60s. Julio used Pucker's Liner in 'Taffy' and Keyvn Aucoin's Matte Lip Color in 'Tenacious' to get this perfect bubblegum lip. Rebecca's flawless skin was achieved by using Pucker's CC Cream in 'Fair,' Pucker's Luminous Foundation in 'Linen,' Pucker's Stick Concealer in 'Light,' Pucker's Baked Blushes in 'Hibiscus' and 'Orchid,' and Becca's Powder in 'Porcelean.' 

Fourth of July Prep

MAKEUP MONDAY: Kendall Jenner and Bella Thorne

Kendall Jenner stuns in red while stepping out for the 2015 Fragrance Foundation Awards held at Alice Tully Hall at Lincoln Center on Wednesday, June 17, in New York City. She adds some flare to her look without going over the top by adding some highlight to the inner corners of her eyes and filling her brows with a dark brown shade.

Jenner never fails to amaze us!

Bella Thorne attends the introduction of the new Guitar Hero game at the E3 Gaming Convention held at the Los Angeles Convention Center on the same night in Los Angeles.  She blends black liner with shadow at the corner of her lids to add for a more dramatic effect. This look is good for a night out with your girls or even a casual night in with your man.

This week's Pucker Bride, Kerri, was made up with her mother, bestie, and sister in law at the Pucker Makeup Studio.  Kerri was on her way to get married at Central Park to her Aussie fiance.
